De’Aaron Fox flushes home putback dunk in Warriors-Kings
Early in the first quarter, after teammate Harrison Barnes‘ layup bounced off the rim, Fox skied toward the basket for a putback slam past Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. The dunk put the Kings up three points with just over eight minutes remaining in the quarter. Fox had eight points in the opening 12 minutes.
The winner between the Kings and the Warriors will face the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday in a battle for the Western Conference’s No. 8 seed and the right to face the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round of the playoffs.
Fox and Sacramento split the regular-season series 2-2 with Golden State.
