Cleveland Browns 2024 NFL draft picks: Full list by round

The Browns dealt their first- and fourth-round picks this year as part of the Deshaun Watson trade. Consequently, their first selection comes in the second round, at No. 54 overall. They pick at No. 85 with their third-rounder, then not again until Round 5 (156th overall).

They also traded their fifth- and sixth-round picks to the Denver Broncos on March 13 to acquire wide receiver Jerry Jeudy.

After making their first postseason appearance since 2020 last season, Cleveland opted for no splashy moves in free agency and concentrated on re-signing a few of their own. Will it be enough to a return to the playoffs?

The 2024 NFL draft will take place at Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza in Detroit from April 25 through April 27. Round 1 will begin April 25 at 8 p.m. ET, while Rounds 2 and 3 are on April 26 starting at 7 p.m. ET. Rounds 4 through 7 begin at noon ET on April 27. The draft will be broadcast on ESPN, ABC, ESPN+ and the ESPN App. There are 257 total picks in the draft.

Here’s the full list of Cleveland Browns draft picks by round, along with a look at their top roster needs headed into the 2024 season.

Round 2: No. 54

Round 3: No. 85

Round 5: No. 156 (from Philadelphia through Arizona)

Round 6: No. 206 (from Baltimore)

Round 7: No. 227 (from Tennessee)

Round 7: No. 243

Top three needs: WR, RB, DT. The Browns still need to get younger and more dynamic at the offensive skill positions. Wide receiver Amari Cooper will turn 30 this summer and is entering the final year of his contract. Running back Nick Chubb is coming off a pair of knee surgeries that could prevent him from being ready for the start of the season; his contract also expires after this season. The Browns took a swing on wideout Jerry Jeudy, a 24-year-old former first-round pick. But they probably need to take another pass-catcher in the draft. — Jake Trotter
