How to watch the NBA 2K20 player tournament quarterfinals on ESPN
Hey NBA, we miss you. As we push deeper into April, we should be gearing up to see which teams will represent the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference in the NBA playoffs.
But instead, the coronavirus pandemic has suspended the NBA season, and we are looking for unique and entertaining ways to fill the void of live sports.
Enter an National Basketball Players Association partnership with 2K to produce the NBA 2K tournament. The winner’s prize money — $100,000 — goes to a charity in support of the coronavirus relief efforts.
The quarterfinals will be Thursday from 7-11 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and the ESPN App. The semifinals and finals will be Saturday on ESPN, with the time to be determined. The first four matchups kicked off Friday night, and the first round concluded Sunday.
All games will be available as VODs on ESPN3 following live competition.

Jones, who plays for the Miami Heat, took down No. 1 seed Kevin Durant to open the 2K Tournament on Friday night. Jones played as the Milwaukee Bucks and Durant played as the LA Clippers.
The Phoenix Suns’ Booker, who took down Denver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. 85-75, is known to be a big gamer. He’s a member of 100 Thieves, the popular esports team founded by former Call of Duty professional player Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag. Hachimura and Drummond also are known for their gaming skills outside of basketball.
